Midtowne staff
Doug Pruitt is Lead Pastor of Midtowne Church. Doug has been involved in ministry for more than 20 years. He recently left the staff of The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Arkansas after more than 9 years to launch Midtowne. Prior to that, Doug was the Director of BLAST Ministries for 7 years, a ministry to students and families that traveled throughout the United States and to Europe on three occasions. Doug also served on staff at Indian Springs Baptist Church in Bryant, Arkansas. When asked what a church should be, Doug said,"I believe that church should be fun. It should be a place where you can come as you are and be accepted and learn what the Bible has to say about life today."
Doug's sense of humor and creative, no-nonsense approach to communicating God's Word make the services at Midtowne fun and meaningful. As Doug says,
"If you can't answer the question, 'So What?' at the end of a service, you've wasted time."
Doug and his wife, Nancy, have three children and a Jack/Rat dog, Roxy. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, listening to music, and "Jeeping."

Kenny Robison : Music & Arts Pastor
Kenny has been married to his hero, Kyla since the summer of 2004. They are both from Texas in the Dallas metroplex and are enjoying the lack of traffic here. Throughout their journey, they continue to find that God is much bigger than any issue that might come up along the way and that"if God were small enough to be understood, he would not be big enough to be worshiped."
Kenny has been leading worship since 1997, in that time also traveling and performing original music, but quickly found that his heart is worship and has focused his energies there. Kenny and Kyla both love anything outdoors, and spend many hours working hard in their backyard hammock.

Brook Tropp : Children's Ministry Director
Brook has served in Children’s Ministry since she was a young teenager in church settings and in day care. “Children are the most important part of the community because they are our future. When kids really WANT to go to church and not just HAVE to go, then we are doing something right.”
Brook has been married to Chris Tropp for 11 years and they have three children. Their family attended Midtowne’s first preview service in October of 2007 and immediately knew they had found a place serve, grow, and help raise their kids.
“We had prayed for a church like this for a long time. It’s nice to be home.”
Brook enjoys being with her family, immediate and extended, and listening to music.
